Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery dates and processes for products purchased from our website are as follows. These timelines apply unless otherwise stated during your order process:

Once your payment is completed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

Stock Availability
Products that are in stock will be handed over to the shipping company within 4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Domestic Delivery Time (Within Turkey)
Domestic orders will be delivered within 3 business days.

International Delivery Time (Outside Turkey)
International orders will be delivered within 7 business days.

Customs Duties and Additional Charges
For international orders, we are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or similar charges. Such fees are the responsibility of the buyer and may be requested at the time of delivery.
