General Information:

To place an order electronically through this Website, you must accept the pre-information form and the distance sales contract. You cannot complete your order without accepting these documents.

Purchases made through the Website are subject to the relevant legislation, primarily the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation.

The delivery fee for purchased products is the responsibility of the buyer.

The purchased product must be delivered to the address specified by the buyer within 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract. Not all products displayed for sale may be in stock at all times. In such cases, the Company will inform the buyer.

The purchased product must be delivered completely and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, including a warranty certificate and user manual if available.

If delivery becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of the issue and refund the full payment within 14 days.


IF THE SALES PRICE IS NOT PAID:

If the buyer does not pay the purchase price or cancels the payment through the bank, the seller is released from the delivery obligation.


UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

If, after delivery, it is determined that the credit card was used without authorization and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the seller, the buyer must return the product within 3 days. The delivery cost in this case is covered by the seller.


NON-DELIVERY DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE:

If delivery of the purchased product is delayed due to force majeure, the seller will notify the buyer. The buyer may then choose to:

  • Cancel the order,

  • Replace it with a similar product, or

  • Postpone delivery until the force majeure ends.

If the order is cancelled:

  • (i) For payments made in cash, the full amount will be refunded within 14 days,

  • (ii) For credit card payments, the charged amount will be refunded to the relevant bank within 14 days.

The buyer acknowledges that bank processes may take 2–3 weeks for the refund to appear in their account.


BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

Before accepting delivery, the buyer must inspect the product. Damaged, defective, broken, or packaging-compromised products should not be accepted. Once accepted, the product is considered undamaged. If the buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason and without any legal or penal liability, by notifying the seller using the contact details below:

All costs related to exercising the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.

The seller is obligated to refund the total amount paid by the buyer within 14 days from the date of notification.

The buyer must return the product within 10 (ten) days of notifying the seller of the withdrawal, along with its original packaging and standard accessories, if any. If the invoice was issued to a corporate buyer, a return invoice must also be provided.


PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

  • Products and services whose prices fluctuate depending on financial market conditions beyond the seller's control.

  • Products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Products that are likely to expire quickly or deteriorate.

  • Products that are unreturnable due to health or hygiene reasons if their protective packaging has been opened (e.g., sealed items).

  • Products that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

  • Unsealed books, digital content, or computer supplies.

  • Periodicals (magazines, newspapers) delivered outside the scope of a subscription agreement.

  • Services such as hotel bookings, transportation, car rentals, food/beverage supply, and entertainment activities that must be fulfilled on a specific date or within a specific period.

  • Services delivered instantly in electronic format or intangible goods delivered instantly.

  • Services that have already begun, with the consumer's consent, before the withdrawal period ends.
