Article 5 – General Terms
The Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and electronically approved the essential characteristics, sale prices, payment methods, and delivery conditions of the products stated on the website.
Ordered products will be delivered to the Buyer or to the delivery address specified by the Buyer within 30 business days, limited to the legal delivery period.
Stock Availability:
The Seller endeavors to procure products in stock as quickly as possible. However, some products may not be available. In such cases, the Seller will inform the Buyer.
The Seller is obliged to deliver all ordered products completely and in accordance with the specifications in the order.
Delivery Delays:
If delivery becomes impossible, the Seller will inform the Buyer within 3 business days and refund the payment within 14 business days.
Payment Status:
If payment is not completed or canceled in bank records, the Seller is not responsible for delivery.
Unauthorized Credit Card Use:
If, after delivery, it is determined that the credit card used was unauthorized and the bank does not make the payment, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 business days. Delivery costs will be covered by the Seller.
Force Majeure:
If unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the parties prevent or delay delivery, the Seller will inform the Buyer. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order, request an equivalent product, or postpone delivery until the force majeure ends.
Order Cancellation:

If paid in cash, the amount will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 business days.

If paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the bank within 14 business days. The Seller acknowledges that the reflection of this amount to the Buyer's account may take 2–3 weeks depending on bank processes.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any justification or penalty within 14 days from the delivery date. The Seller will cover the costs related to the withdrawal process.
The Seller will refund all payments made by the Buyer within 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal.
