Order and Payment
You can create an order by creating a membership on our website or as a guest user. The size / color, etc. of the product you want to buy. After making the selections, you can add the product to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
When you add the products you want to buy to your cart, check the colors and sizes once again. Do not forget to write your contact information completely in order to avoid problems during delivery. In your address, you must specify your neighborhood, street/street, exterior door number, interior door number, district and province information.
You can pay online with your credit card and debit card that are open to internet shopping. If you wish, you can also make your payment by money order or eft.
After typing your credit card information on the payment screen, you can see the installment options and pay in installments. For installment transactions, different interest rates are charged depending on the bank you will be dealing with.
Exchange and Return
Before your order is shipped, address, product, recipient name, etc. you can make changes. You can request the change you want to make by sending an e-mail to support@damlakalender.com.
If you contact us before your order is shipped, the cancellation will be made by us.
You can return or change the size of all products sold on our website within 15 days, provided that they comply with the return conditions.
You can send the product to us free of charge with the courier companies we have contracted with. However, if you want to send it with a different cargo company, counter-paid cargoes will not be accepted.
Shipping and Delivery
We put the products you buy in our e-commerce box together with the invoice. We put the box in the bag of the relevant cargo company. Waybill, invoice, barcode, etc., on which the content is written on the cargo bag. things do not exist.
We currently do not have a gift package option.
Shipping fee to whole Turkey is 29.90 TL. Shipping is free for purchases of 300 TL or more.
